Aaron is a registered Psychologist with training and experience in providing psychological assessment, intervention, and counselling support to adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, and with an array of presenting difficulties. Aaron has helped clients with emotional and mood-based disorders and difficulties (including anxiety, depression, stress, and anger), learning difficulties, interpersonal challenges and relationship difficulties, sleep difficulties, navigating stressful life events, and periods of transition and change.

Aaron draws on several evidence-based approaches to working with clients, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Aaron uses an open and non-judgemental approach in his work with clients, which helps foster greater insight and understanding of personal challenges and difficulties, and encourages deeper exploration of options and opportunities for change and action. Aaron helps people to develop and practise new coping skills; to learn helpful and empowering ways of thinking and responding to situations; to communicate more effectively; to manage stress, worry, and negative emotions; and to work towards and maintain positive mental health.
