Psychologist
Specialises with clients 18+ years

Cam is a registered Psychologist with AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia) and is a full member with the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She has worked with adults across the lifespan in community and not-for-profit mental health and addiction agencies using evidence-based approaches in the treatment of mood disorders (anxiety and depression), life transition, stress management and relaxation, self-esteem, grief and loss, and relationship challenges.
 
Cam’s approach is strengths-based and client-centred, with an emphasis on building a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients so they can explore their story in a safe place, and with the goal of identifying practical skills and strategies to move towards their goals, find healing, change and personal growth. Cam draws from a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and practices from a trauma- and attachment-informed lens.
