Reshma is a registered Psychologist with AHPRA. She has experience working across NDIS, community mental health, private and in-patient psychiatric settings. Reshma provides therapeutic interventions to a diverse demographic, from children to adults, addressing a comprehensive range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, neurodevelopmental disorders, adjustment difficulties, social difficulties, pain and chronic health conditions, psychosis, trauma, mood difficulties and neurodevelopmental disorders. Reshma is particularly attuned to the cultural diversity of the city, and she leverages a culturally sensitive, evidence-based methodology to deliver personalised care to align with the cultural norms and values of the diverse groups.
